And just like that we have our first 5% deposit purchase approved thanks to the new First Home Loan scheme!
With the changes having kicked in on the 1st of October, we had applications sitting waiting for the bank that morning, and now customers are off on their way to make offers, pre approvals in hand ready to go!

Guys, over the last few weeks I have meet a number of clients who were frustrated with the advice they were getting.
They were confused as to what they could do, why they couldn't do what they wanted or given no plan on how to move forward to achieve their goals.
Often they are even being told no when it should have been a yes.
These clients were missing out on houses they loved, tidying up their finances saving $1,000's or left feeling confused and stressed, which sucks!
Over the next few weeks, I'm going to run through some real life scenarios to show how having somebody in your corner who is independent and knowledgeable makes the world of difference to your house buying journey or overall financial position.
